Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services during acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and safety for clients.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, while adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Enlightened Essence, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. You will address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Your role will involve helping clients navigate the complexities of their mental health, equipping them with tools for coping, growth, and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
