Program Support Specialist

Job Summary A Program Support Specialist is needed for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Columbia, SC. This role supports referral intake, documentation review, data entry, and customer service within a professional government and public sector environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process incoming referrals and related documentation. Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and required information. Enter, update, and maintain information in computer systems and databases. Communicate professionally with individuals, clients, and internal team members. Respond to questions and provide timely, courteous customer service. Maintain accurate records, follow established procedures, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
