This isn't a "play with ChatGPT" position.

This is a true executive leadership role responsible for:

• Building and executing the firm's enterprise AI strategy


• Leading AI governance, security, and responsible adoption


• Partnering with firm leadership to transform how legal work gets done


• Evaluating and deploying cutting-edge AI technologies across the business


• Building high-performing teams focused on innovation, automation, and client value

We're looking for someone who understands that successful AI transformation is about far more than technology. It's about people, process, adoption, and execution.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Director or Head of AI, Innovation, or Knowledge Management


• Senior Legal Technology or Digital Transformation Executive


• Leaders who have successfully implemented AI within law firms or sophisticated professional services organizations


• Multiple office locations available


• Prior law firm experience is strongly preferred
