Marketing SpecialistJRM is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist that will be based in our New York City office. The ideal candidate will join our growing marketing team and be responsible for executing marketing initiatives and helping to develop creative new strategies to support business development efforts. We are seeking a candidate who is a self-starter with proven experience in fast-paced environments and has the ability to own a project from concept to completion.Responsibilities and DutiesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop new content initiatives and creative campaigns to support business needs across the organizationManage the day-to-day marketing support of business development efforts by creating client presentation decks and sales brochuresWork closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media content plan across digital platformsWrite, edit, and proof project case studies, digital / print content, company newsletter, and internal / external communicationsUtilize website CMS to regularly update content on company websiteEnsure consistency across all marketing channels and reinforce brand standardsCoordinate photo and film shoots with project teamsSkills & ExperienceBachelor's degree required - marketing, communications, or related degree preferredMinimum 2+ years of relevant marketing experienceStrong project management and strategic planning skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetCapable of working on multiple priority projects with varying timelinesExceptional attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsComputer SystemsMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Adobe Creative CloudSalary InformationTo the extent this position is performed in New York, the annual salary range for this role is $70,000-85,000.The range stated is specific to New York. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction related & Field specific roles) and internal company equity.
