Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual diagnostic interviews to gather pertinent information about clients’ mental health and develop a strong therapeutic rapport.

• Create and implement individualized service plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Deliver clinical services across various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring an adaption of techniques suited to telehealth settings.

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional well-being and recommend appropriate treatment options.

• Coordinate case management and provide recovery support services to facilitate clients’ access to community resources and therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in collaborative consultation with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies to optimize client care and treatment approaches.

• Maintain compliant and supportive relationships with relevant community partners, including the probation department and other authorized agencies, to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will require a nuanced understanding of different cultural backgrounds and treatment needs, as the telehealth format provides unique opportunities to engage with clients who may face barriers to accessing in-person care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
