Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine each client's unique treatment needs and develop personalized counseling strategies that are culturally sensitive and evidence-based.

• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy, tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software for efficient record-keeping.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Participate in continuous professional development through conferences, workshops, and training to stay informed on the latest research and therapeutic methodologies.

• Evaluate client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to enhance their recovery potential.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
