Docketing Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented full-time Docketing Specialist to work remotely, responsible for managing court and litigation docketing, ensuring accurate tracking of deadlines, and supporting attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Enter, maintain, and monitor all court, agency, arbitration, and administrative deadlines using Aderant Milana Analyze filings to accurately calculate and calendar applicable deadlines while maintaining litigation calendars Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure adherence to docketing protocols and assist in developing improved procedures Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of docketing experience In-depth understanding of civil litigation procedures and court rules Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word Familiarity with electronic filing systems (e.g., CM/ECF, PACER) is a plus Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-office environment
