Compensation: ~$90,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

OTE: Up to $300,000/year once fully tenured

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Phoenix market. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HVAC professional who understands commercial mechanical systems and enjoys developing customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and driving sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC , with experience selling or supporting mechanical projects. Experience with hydronics, boilers, and related systems is highly preferred.


What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial customers, contractors, engineers, and facility managers
• Identify new HVAC project and replacement opportunities throughout the Phoenix market
• Sell commercial HVAC projects, equipment, and mechanical solutions
• Develop project estimates, proposals, and pricing
• Work closely with estimating, engineering, operations, and project management teams
• Conduct customer visits, site walks, and project presentations
• Manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle
• Negotiate contracts and close projects
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
• Provide technical solutions based on customer needs and project requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC industry experience required
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales, project sales, estimating, service, or mechanical contracting
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems
• Hydronics and boiler experience strongly preferred
• Ability to understand plans, specifications, equipment selections, and project requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary around $90,000 , depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure
• OTE of approximately $300,000/year once fully tenured and established
