Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, formulate accurate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based techniques tailored to clients' specific goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies, demonstrating empathy and effective coping strategies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in line with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year , along with a sign-on bonus to support your transition to our team.
