Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to counseling.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseload and therapy schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to manage remote client interactions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
