Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist
All About Therapy is seeking a pediatric speech-language pathologist to join our team serving families throughout the Raleigh-Durham area. This is an in-person, community-based role. This position is ideal for pediatric SLPs who value flexibility, autonomy, and delivering meaningful communication support within children's everyday routines.

Founded in 2010, All About Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice serving children from birth through age 17. For over 16 years, we've built strong relationships within the community and long-term team retention. Our natural environment clinicians operate with independence while remaining connected to a supportive, collaborative team.
Your Work in Natural Environments
In this role, you will provide speech and language services where children live, learn, and play.
You will:
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, social skills, and feeding when applicable
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, with group sessions as clinically appropriate
- Utilize play-based, functional, and engaging interventions
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies thoughtfully
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Communicate consistently with caregivers and care teams
- Coordinate scheduling and continuity of care with the AAT administrative team
You will have flexibility in structuring your caseload while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with families and leadership.
