Job DescriptionVirtuox is a healthcare information technology company that provides diagnostic tools and services that enable a variety of healthcare organizations and professionals to diagnose and treat diseases through vertically integrated platforms, products and services.Job SummaryThe Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for managing and growing an assigned sales territory while serving as a trusted field representative to the medical community. This role acts as an ambassador for the company, driving sales of company services through prospecting, quoting, and closing new business.Once services are sold, TM is responsible for in-servicing and educating accounts, as well as managing and growing existing business. The Territory Manager is expected to consistently document activities and opportunities in accordance with company standard operating procedures.The ideal candidate for this role should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Rhode Island or Connecticut.Let's talk about responsibilities:Achieve revenue goals for service sales and all assigned product linesIn-service and educate new and existing accountsManage all aspects of the assigned territory while meeting or exceeding performance goalsProvide daily updates on sales activity, competition, and business opportunitiesAccurately maintain CRM activity and submit required paperwork in a timely mannerSubmit monthly expense reports and manage expenses within the approved budgetCollaborate with Product Managers to generate new business and expand existing accountsMaintain comprehensive knowledge of all company product linesCommunicate effectively with Customer Experience and internal teams regarding customer needsComplete issue resolution documentation in accordance with company policiesReport to management as directed, providing performance insights and territory assessmentsLet's talk about responsibilities:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related fieldOR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceMinimum 2+ years of medical sales experience preferred (Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical is a plus)4+ years of total sales experience with demonstrated successStrong computer proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills​Key CompetenciesCustomer Focus: Builds trusted relationships and prioritizes customer needsLeadership & Collaboration: Represents the company positively and works cross-functionallyChange Agility: Adapts to evolving priorities and environmentsProblem Solving: Analyzes challenges thoroughly and delivers effective solutionsNegotiation: Achieves results while maintaining strong relationshipsTeam Player: Contributes to a collaborative and positive work cultureSelf-Confidence: Demonstrates sound judgment and accountability in decision-makingJoining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
