We drive growth for our partners and the Expedia Group marketplace through competitive supply and our leading advertising and travel media network.Expedia Group Advertising is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a high-performing team while directly managing a limited number of strategic accounts. This role is responsible for account management activity and consolidated financial goals for a defined portion of a superregion’s account portfolio, with a primary focus on Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs), airports, and related travel services partners.This leader will set and drive both business and people strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and partner cross-functionally to deliver long-term commercial growth. They bring strong commercial judgment, travel and digital media expertise, and the ability to build lasting partnerships while creating a high-performing, collaborative team culture.The total cash range (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target) for this position in San Diego is $200,000.00 to $280,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $320,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
