Program & Support Services Coordinator

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is hiring a Program & Support Services Coordinator. This role involves managing course scheduling and registration processes for Charlotte Online programs using Banner, providing student support for registration and enrollment concerns, and developing student communications through Salesforce CRM to enhance student engagement and operational decision‑making. Highlights Manage course listings, notes, restrictions, and attributes in Banner system. Handle registration-related processes such as student overrides, holds, and change of major or course requests. Provide support and guidance to students on registration, enrollment, orientation, and advising referrals. Develop and deliver student communications via Salesforce CRM and other platforms. Collaborate with academic departments, admissions, Registrar's Office, and other university units to support student success. Analyze enrollment data and monitor admissions and registration reports. Maintain program documentation and improve business processes and workflows. Serve as a subject matter expert on Banner student and course administration. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; preferred experience includes at least one year in higher education administration and course schedule building.
