Agile Coach

Key Accountabilities: Lead and mentor agile teams, assist several agile teams in adhering to agile practices and concepts by offering advice and mentoring. Lead advanced scrum ceremonies to increase team productivity, lead advanced sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Remove complicated impediments using your experience to find workable solutions, recognize and remove complicated impediments that could impede team growth. Coach and develop agile talent through coaching and training sessions, team members, product owners, and stakeholders can enhance their agile competencies. Lead continuous improvement projects to improve agile methods, instruments, and procedures. Use cutting-edge techniques to maximize group productivity. Ensure alignment and transparency to encourage cooperation and openness both inside and between teams.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree. 5-8 years of experience in an agile role, such as Scrum Master. Advanced understanding of agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Strong coaching, facilitation, and leadership abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred is certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or as an equivalent.
