We are seeking an Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support office operations, internal logistics, and administrative functions across the organization. This role serves as a key operational partner, ensuring day-to-day activities run efficiently through strong organization, communication, and follow-through.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal operational needs related to office management, meetings, and logistics.
  • Maintain a professional and organized workplace environment.
  • Coordinate with building management on facilities-related needs.
  • Managing office supplies, materials, and inventory.
  • Support company swag, event materials, and internal resources.
  • Process incoming mail and coordinate distribution.
  • Support check deposits and coordination with accounting teams.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for internal initiatives and leadership activities.
  • Guide employees on travel processes, policies, and expense reporting procedures.
  • Manage shipping and receiving logistics, including conference materials and company resources.
  • Track operational requests, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Partner closely with teams including People Operations, Finance, and Marketing/Communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 5 years of experience in administrative support, office management, operations coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes or equipment up to 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting professional services, consulting, or government contracting organizations.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or distributed workforce environment.
