• We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR   position.
• Location : Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts - 1601 Broadway, Kansas City, MO 64108. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Days and hours may vary, based on business needs. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous high volume catering, bar, and customer service experience preferred.
• Perks: Willing to train!
• Pay Range:  $25.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour.
• Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing, setup, execution, and breakdown activities for events.

  • Ensure venue readiness and compliance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and operational standards.
  • Manage backstage operations, premium suites, and hospitality services during events.
  • Coordinate the needs of artists, VIP guests, resident organizations, and event clients.

  • Lead event-day logistics and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure successful execution.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
