Location Overland Park, KS What You'll Do Create a World-Class Customer Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email. Build strong relationships by delivering professional, responsive, and personalized service. Resolve customer questions, concerns, and requests with urgency and accuracy. Identify customer needs and connect them with the right solutions. Support Day-to-Day Operations Process orders, requests, and account updates accurately and efficiently. Maintain customer records and account information. Balance truck inventory and support operational processes. Complete daily administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Collaborate Across Teams Partner with Operations, Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams to support customer success. Coordinate issue resolution and ensure customers receive timely updates. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Help identify opportunities to improve customer processes and experiences. Required Qualifications What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in customer service, customer support, account coordination, or a customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Teams, or similar business systems. Experience in transportation, logistics, fuel, aviation, energy, or related industries.
