We're looking for a Customer Care Coordinator / Dispatcher who will become a key support player for our customers and field team.

What You'll Own

• Deliver an exceptional experience every time a customer contacts us
• Answer calls and emails with urgency, warmth, and professionalism
• Schedule and dispatch technicians
• Keep customers informed from beginning to resolution
• Support our technicians so they can be successful in the field
• Manage service tickets and keep information accurate
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues
• Follow up and close the loop
• Notice problems before they become bigger problems
