Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions guided by evidence-based practices, including individual, group, family, and couples therapy.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities based on client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, participating actively in case reviews and team meetings.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
