Front Desk Receptionist

Overview Our client is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for their New York office. Job Description: Our client is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for their New York office. Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (24 Hours Weekly) Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering weekly food service as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure Salary/Rate $20/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
