Office Administrator

Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Magnum is hiring an Office Administrator to support our operations by delivering excellent customer service and coordinating freight activity. This role works closely with both internal teams and external customers to ensure shipments are handled accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships and provide excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and calm manner
  • Enter pickups, returns, and customer information into the system
  • Track and trace shipments and provide status updates
  • Process freight bill changes and cancellations
  • Take ownership of customer issues by diagnosing, resolving, and following through
  • Educate customers on Magnum's technology and service solutions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
