Epic HIM Analyst

Epic Him Analyst We are seeking an experienced Epic HIM (Health Information Management) Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic Health Information Management applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic HIM workflows, including Coding/Abstracting, Identity Management, Release of Information (ROI), and Deficiency Tracking. This individual will collaborate with operational stakeholders, clinical leaders, and technical teams to ensure efficient HIM workflows and system functionality. Key Responsibilities - Support the design, build, testing, implementation, and optimization of Epic HIM applications. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to HIM workflows and system functionality. - Gather business requirements and translate them into Epic application solutions. - Configure and maintain Epic HIM modules including: Coding and Abstracting Identity Management Release of Information (ROI) Deficiency Tracking - Collaborate with HIM leadership, coding teams, compliance teams, and operational stakeholders to improve workflows and system adoption. - Conduct system testing, validation, and upgrades to ensure application stability. - Develop and maintain application documentation, workflows, and training materials. - Provide end-user support and participate in issue resolution and system enhancement initiatives. Assist with integrations between Epic and third-party HIM solutions. Insight Global
