Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Avon Park, Florida. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of operational excellence, strong regulatory compliance knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations
Lead and support department managers and staff to foster a positive, resident-centered culture
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and accreditation standards

Qualifications:

Current, active Florida Nursing Home Administrator license required
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility management
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes
