Nursing Home Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Avon Park, Florida. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of operational excellence, strong regulatory compliance knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead and support department managers and staff to foster a positive, resident-centered culture
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and accreditation standards
Qualifications:
- Current, active Florida Nursing Home Administrator license required
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility management
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes
