Responsibilities Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards. Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use. Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations. Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results. Skill Required Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes. Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Financial Record Keeping: Knowledge of financial record keeping processes, methods, and tools; ability to maintain accurate and thorough records of financial transactions. Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports. Reporting & Business Insights – Skilled at analyzing financial data and translating it into meaningful reports and recommendations that support program owners, stakeholders, and business decision-making. Stakeholder Partnership & Customer Focus – Builds strong relationships across finance, operations, and business teams, delivering responsive support, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach to problem resolution. Ownership & Operational Excellence – Takes accountability for delivering critical business processes on schedule, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, mitigating risks, and driving process enhancements that create long-term value. Additional Information This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.
