What You’ll Be DoingAs our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in every dish.
- Collaborate with management to develop and refine menu offerings that align with our brand and delight our guests.
- Monitor food costs and control waste to ensure profitability.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain compliance and create a safe environment for staff and guests alike.
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated professional who meets the following qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a kitchen management role or equivalent culinary leadership experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu development, and kitchen operations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful mindset to handle challenges with ease.
