About the role, Your Impact The Project Coordinator supports the Land Development team by assisting with project planning, coordination, permitting, documentation, and client service activities as needed. The candidate will help ensure land development projects move efficiently through the planning, design, and permitting phases by providing administrative, technical, and coordination support. The role is ideal for someone looking to build expertise in land development while helping deliver high-quality projects and exceptional client service. The hours for this position vary week to week based on project needs. What your day-to-day will look like Conduct site feasibility evaluations, due diligence reviews, existing conditions assessments, and regulatory research while developing preliminary project schedules, budgets, funding strategies, and implementation plans to support project initiation and decision‑making as requested. Coordinate permitting, entitlement, and agency approval processes by managing submissions, tracking review progress, monitoring regulatory requirements, and facilitating communication between project teams, clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies as requested. Organize and maintain project documentation, schedules, records, correspondence, project tracking systems, knowledge management resources while supporting quality assurance, quality control, standards development, and process improvements as requested. Prepare technical reports, research summaries, presentations, stakeholder communications; coordinate project and client meetings; monitor project budgets and performance metrics; and support business development, funding strategies, and departmental operational objectives. Education Requirement High School Diploma Must-haves, what you will bring 3+ years of relevant work experience Experience with grant writing assistance, research, project coordination, contract administration, or consulting support services. Strong writing, editing, research, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to prepare grant applications, budgets, and project reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a consulting environment. Ability to administer the work of subconsultants. Ability to work collaboratively with in‑house staff, developers, designers, and public officials. Ability to travel to various sites as needed (own transportation). Preferred Qualifications Compensation: The pay range is from $29.00 to $36.00 an hour. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications. You matter!
