Customer Supply Chain Analyst - Hybrid

Job Overview Customer Supply Chain Analyst – hybrid (3 days per week at the office). The role supports the Americas Supply Chain team by driving performance and compliance. Responsibilities Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance). Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving a weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle time. Create and document Standard Operating Procedures. Track and report Supply Chain Customer Compliance and develop processes to mitigate compliance fines. Qualifications Solid computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and good time‑management. BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field (preferred). 3–5 years of customer operations or supply‑chain experience (preferred).
