Traveling In-Home Health Physician
CVS
CVS Health, through Signify Health, is hiring a full-time physician to perform in-home health evaluations for members across the United States. You will travel up to 100% as needed, conduct visits about 45 minutes, review medical history, assess health, and coordinate with care teams. Use an iPad and standard workflow; not prescribing medications. MDs/DOs must hold active licenses in coverage areas and be able to obtain multi-state licenses; benefits are provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr CVS Health
