Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, ensuring to establish rapport and maintain a professional therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans for compliance and quality assurance.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand new clients' backgrounds, needs, and the appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted LPC license that allows independent practice in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
