HR Business Partner (Overview) We’re looking for a hands‑on HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple locations in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. This role blends employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR partnership to drive performance, engagement, and operational excellence. Core Duties and Responsibilities Partner with leaders to manage employee relations, including performance, investigations, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with California labor laws (wage & hour, CFRA, FMLA, PDL, FEHA, etc.). Support recruiting and onboarding to deliver a strong new hire experience. Guide managers on performance management and development strategies. Assist with leave of absence, benefits, and accommodations. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and retention. Lead and support training, change management, and HR initiatives. Travel between locations to provide on‑site HR support. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of HR experience. Strong knowledge of California employment laws. Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations. Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Compensation The salary range for this position is $90k–$100k, along with a company vehicle.
