Job Description Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects within the life sciences sector. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation. Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management. Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success. The Successful Applicant A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams. Familiarity with construction project management software and tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
