District Manager - Field Access (Allergy / ENT)-West District

Build Our Future Together The District Manager, Field Access and Reimbursement (DM) will lead and manage a reimbursement field team in a specified geographic district at Regeneron. The DM will coach, manage, and lead a Field Reimbursement Manager team responsible for calling on office personnel, ensuring optimal access, effective pull-through, and educating on reimbursement services and program support in collaboration with the HUB services organization as it relates to the Regeneron product portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Lead the execution of reimbursement initiatives across therapeutic markets where the product is indicated. Work with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage within the defined customer base. Collaborate and communicate with Sales and Access leadership teams and alliance counterparts to develop and execute local tactical plans for all brand access initiatives. Actively engage with field payer and access activities supporting the brand. Set and monitor measurable performance parameters, leading and coaching the team to meet agreed metrics. Proactively collaborate with alliance partners to achieve brand goals and performance metrics. When & Where Field role Location: West District-California, Nevada, Nebraska, Kansas, Arizona, Salt Lake City or Oklahoma This Role Requires Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a field-based reimbursement or sales team (preferred). Knowledge of CMS policies and processes with expertise in Part D (Pharmacy Benefit design and coverage policy). Knowledge of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors. Knowledge of Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems. Previous 2-3 years of reimbursement or sales management experience or 5 or more years of successful sales experience is preferred. Additional broad-based experience valued: sales operations, sales training, marketing, and/or supply chain. Previous experience with Specialty Pharmaceutical / Biologics products or relevant indications. Ability to travel extensively over large geographic territories. Salary Range: $188,100.00 – $233,500.00 (annually), with additional compensation as defined by country, role level, and individual qualifications.
