Join a well-established nonprofit organization with over 30 years of service in the South Florida community Work for an organization that is focused on making a meaningful impact in the community and helping those in need Collaborative team environment where employees work together toward a common mission Laid-back work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance Opportunity to join a stable organization with a long-standing presence in Broward County Responsibilities: Process approximately 200 vendor invoices per month Review invoices for accuracy and proper approval Enter and maintain invoice information in the ERP system Prepare and process payment runs, primarily through ACH Process ACH payments for rent and other approved expenses Ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time Maintain organized AP records and documentation Work with internal departments and vendors to resolve basic invoice or payment questions Qualifications: Previous Accounts Payable experience Experience processing a high volume of invoices Experience working with a large ERP/accounting systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with ACH payments and payment processing
