Job Business Process Specialist, Mid-Level

Position Overview

Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC, a QinetiQ US company, is seeking a mid-level Business Process Specialist to provide business analytic support to the Intelligence Community. The Business Process Specialist will use their expertise to analyze program performance, identify best practices within the Identity & Data Management (IdDM) domain, and support overall customer process improvement.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

1. Supports process improvement through conducting analysis using internal program and external benchmark data.
2. Determines areas of risk and improvement by developing / refining / monitoring metrics to create identification of and justification for improvements.
3. Conducts statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products.
4. Performs record keeping functions, ensuring all visualization and production activities such as visualization requests, product formatting, and dissemination are captured within the relevant database.
5. Performs ad hoc and recurring business analytic support that includes, but is not limited to, business process mapping of intelligence-related activities, performance measures of intelligencerelated activities, surveying stakeholders, statistical analysis of intelligence-related activities, and process improvement analysis.
6. Supports development of standards by conducting analysis using existing SOPs and policies.
7. Performs business analytic support.
8. Identify business process improvements and document standards for functions related to development.
9. Provide input to policies and procedures.
10. Produce briefing and reference materials.
11. Conduct briefings and attend staff-level meetings when requested.
12. Assist in the development of knowledge management.
13. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

The required qualifications include:

• Eight (8) years of experience related to the Business Process Specialist role with two (2) years of IdDM experience.
• Bachelor of Science/Art Degree.
• Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of developmental training and experiences for the Business Process Specialist.
• Ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
• Current TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

The preferred qualifications include:

• BA/BS related to business operations analysis and coordination.
• Current (in scope) counterintelligence polygraph.
