To support patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in inbound and outbound calls, offering solutions and payment options while documenting interactions accurately in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Assist patients in comprehending their accounts and provide appropriate solutions Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while documenting interactions accurately Achieve performance goals with ongoing support and coaching Required qualifications 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred Ability to build trust and navigate sensitive conversations A reliable, detail-oriented work style Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
