Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.About the roleAs the Senior Manager, Sales Recruiting, you will be responsible for driving hires across GTM functions. This is a high-velocity, high-volume team that makes 200 hires per quarter across 8-10 recruiters. In this role, you will execute the hiring plan while simultaneously driving continuous improvements to the hiring engine. You will own the hiring strategy and the reporting and analytics. Stakeholder engagement is critical. You will be the primary POC for our NAMER stakeholders for all things hiring.What you will doYou’ll manage an existing team of 8+ recruiters while fostering a strong team bondPartner with business leaders to align on:The plan (what we hire, when)The strategyThe delivery (forecast, reporting)Partner with the internal Sourcing team to align on best practices to be leveraged across all Sourcers, as well as identifying function-specific needs that remain unique Develop creative strategies and messaging for engaging top-of-funnel talent across disciplinesHelp drive data integrity and hygiene with the team to set us up for success in using data to inform and influence our overall recruiting strategyAnalyze pass-through data to detect trends, derive insights, and adjust strategies to optimize top of funnelHelp define and evaluate our recruiting metrics to continuously measure and improve team performance and productivityAct as part of the TA leadership team, and as such, participate in, and contribute, to overall TA initiatives, improvement, and leadershipWhat you will needA minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in Business Recruiting in tech / saasDirect people leadership experience at a similar scaleExperience collaborating with global teamsThe ability to genuinely empathize with your team, while also setting a high bar for performanceAbility to leverage existing technology to drive results, manage performance, drive best practice data and reporting, and improve executionStrong data and reporting skills with a desire to work with data and recruiting metricsA track record for successfully identifying and engaging exceptional recruiting talent.
