Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform inpatient and outpatient GI procedures, including endoscopy.
• Manage patient consultations, hospital rounding, and admissions.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call coverage for gastroenterology services.
• Document patient care using Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Active Washington medical license required by start date (IMLC accepted; willingness to obtain Washington licensure accepted).
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Epic charting experience required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions).

Working Hours

• Day shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (typically 8 hours)
• Weekday clinic schedule
• Weekends, evenings, and nights when on call
• 24-hour call with consultations, rounding, and GI procedures
