Bottleless Nation is seeking an Outside B2B Account Executive for our BRAND NEW Delaware market: Our Account Executives are responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, cultivating relationships, and driving customer acquisition and retention. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting client meetings, delivering tailored presentations, securing free trials, closing new business, managing contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role represents a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability and business impact by helping organizations transition to eco‑friendly, premium water solutions. Job Responsibilities: Local travel to potential prospects in the Delaware market and the surrounding areas. Actively present our company and premium products to new businesses. Physically cold call companies within your territory. Follow up on company‑provided and self‑generated leads and referrals. Update CRM, complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Self‑starter with solid prospecting skills. This is a “Hunter” role. Personable, Energetic, Tenacious, and Commission‑Driven. Activity‑Minded, with solid planning and time management skills. Outside B2B sales experience is strongly preferred. High School Diploma/GED required, College degree preferred. Benefits: Base salary plus uncapped monthly commission and monthly bonuses. 401(k) with a company match. Monthly fixed expense allowance, logo wear and iPad. Earnings Potential: Realistic first‑year total compensation earning potential of $100,000 - $120,000. Unlimited income potential… No caps on commission or monthly bonuses.
