Senior Restaurant Manager

Pay Range: P.F. Chang's pay range (based on experience): $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Chang’s established procedures and in accordance with the direction of the Operating Partner. The role is a lead front‑of‑house management position. Responsibilities Supervise and facilitate training of all Hospitality Team Members. Articulate clearly to Team Members, Management, and Guests. Develop schedules for all Hospitality team members. Hold pre‑shift meetings to provide daily focus and continuous direction for staff. Hold front‑of‑house staff accountable for dress code standards. Ensure compliance with and execution of all state safety and sanitation guidelines. Support inventory execution. Manage controllable expenses for the area of responsibility. Assign and ensure completion of all side work. Manage check‑outs for all Hospitality staff. Ensure a clean and safe environment for all Team Members and Guests. Handle Guest Service issues professionally and with compassion. Live the company Message in all aspects of the position and inspire others to do the same. Stand and walk for 8–10 hours during a shift. Reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly (occasionally up to 50 lbs). Operate kitchen equipment such as wok, mixer, slicer, buffalo chopper, and use knives appropriately while maintaining safety. Requirements 3+ years of experience in restaurant management. Valid driver’s license to perform occasional duties such as shift coverage, meeting liquor license requirements, delivering large catering orders, making supply runs, attending off‑site training, and traveling between locations. Experience in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Experience mentoring and training hourly team members. Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction. Preferred Experience Experience in a casual restaurant or upscale dining environment. Experience working in a corporate restaurant chain with established processes, systems, and corporate structure.
