Accounts Receivable/Collections Analyst

Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Collections Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on supporting the collections team with tax exemptions, deductions, and customer payment disputes while collaborating with both U.S.-based and international support teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AR and collections with the ability to handle a medium-to-large customer base. Responsibilities Support the AR collections team with day-to-day activities. Review and process tax exemption certificates and resolve related issues. Work directly with customers to resolve deductions, short-pays, and billing disputes. Collaborate with third-party support teams in different time zones (including offshore). Assist collectors with escalations and customer account issues. Potential to take ownership of select customer accounts over time. Maintain accuracy and compliance within AR processes. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections. Prior experience handling tax exemptions and deductions. Strong background working with medium-to-large customer bases. ERP experience preferred (JD Edwards / JDE a plus, but not required). Ability to collaborate across teams, including international business support. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Contract: 6 months (support role, with possible account ownership down the road). Start Date: Immediate / ASAP.
