Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical LMSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the needs of individuals facing mental health challenges.

• Maintaining precise clinical records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and organizational standards, utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, participating in virtual consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings through video conferencing, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are upheld.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and relevant community resources, using digital communication tools to enhance understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on clients receiving hospice care, including individuals facing terminal illnesses as well as their families. You will support them in navigating their emotional and psychological challenges, creating tailored interventions that address their unique needs in a remote setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Master Social Worker - Clinical (LMSW-C) in the state of Michigan.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques, particularly those adaptable to a remote therapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
