Business Analyst

The Judge Group is seeking an HR Systems, Process Improvement & AI Solutions Specialist for a hybrid opportunity located in either Downtown Chicago or Northbrook, IL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business process expertise, enterprise systems, analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies to improve operational effectiveness across the HR function. The successful candidate will partner with HR, IT, Finance Systems, and other business stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance system capabilities, develop reporting solutions, and identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation technologies.
