As we continue to expand across North America, we are looking for a passionate and driven Brand Marketing Operations Specialist to help accelerate our brand growth, market presence, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns across both offline (in-store, events, promotions) and online (digital, CRM) channels in alignment with the brand strategy. Manage the marketing modules in various operating systems, including promotion setup, campaign configuration, loyalty program setup and maintenance, and etc. Track and analyze marketing activity performance through data and structured review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and provide regular updates. Support the day-to-day operation of third-party platforms (3Ps), ensuring content and promotions run smoothly. Plan and execute SMS and email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Business Development, IT) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and executed effectively company-wide. Be willing to learn other responsibilities and take on ad-hoc assignments as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM, or a related field. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable insights. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), and WeChat is a plus. Experience in the restaurant, food & beverage, retail, or hospitality industry is highly preferred. Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available.) Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $54,000–$72,000/year, commensurate with experience. Performance-based bonus plan. Paid Time Off (PTO).
