Get a closer look at what we offer Marketing Operations Coordinator Full time Chicago - IL Ref #: 49939 Industry: Staffing and Recruiting Our client is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a growing marketing department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, process improvement, and keeping marketing systems, assets, and data running smoothly. You'll play an important role behind the scenes by maintaining marketing platforms, managing digital assets, supporting reporting, and helping the marketing team execute efficiently. You Will: Maintain and update CRM and marketing database records to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support marketing list management, segmentation, and database hygiene. Manage digital marketing assets, including presentation templates, photo libraries, icon libraries, and branded resources. Organize and maintain marketing file structures and shared resources. Assist with website and SharePoint content updates. Prepare recurring marketing performance reports using data from CRM, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and other marketing platforms. Support inbound marketing leads and ensure timely routing and CRM documentation. Format PowerPoint presentations and branded marketing materials. Assist with special marketing projects and process improvement initiatives. Help improve operational efficiency across the marketing team. You Have: 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, business operations, or administrative support. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and data organization. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and experience working with branded templates. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems is a plus. SharePoint experience is a plus. Adobe Creative Suite or other design software experience is a plus. Interest in graphic design is a plus.
