Job Title:   People Associate
Location: 2375 N Glenville Dr Richardson, TX 75082
Duration: 6 months, possible for extension
Hours: 8-5 M-F
Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Hybrid (T-Th Onsite)

Pay Rate: $22/hour (W2) Without benefits 

 

  Resource's typical working day | Job responsibilities:

 
- Data Entry Focus Primary tasks involve accurate and efficient data entry, requiring attention to detail and consistency.
- Employee Records Support Assisting with the management and maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Offer Letter Analysis Reviewing and analyzing offer letters for accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- System Experience Preferred Familiarity with PeopleSoft and ServiceNow is highly preferred to navigate HR systems effectively.
- High Level of Confidentiality Role demands discretion and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with utmost confidentiality.

Must have skills:
- Strong Communication Skills Ability to convey information clearly and effectively across various channels and with different stakeholders.
- Excellent Organizational Abilities Capable of managing multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, and staying on top of deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Team Player Works well with others, contributes positively to team dynamics, and supports shared goals.
- System Adaptability Comfortable transitioning between different systems and platforms, with a quick learning curve for new tools and technologies.

Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience and/or related industry
Education: HS and GED

Software skills:
- Microsoft Suite
- Basic Computer functions
- Adobe acrobat
- ServiceNow and PeopleSoft is a PLUS

Interview Process: 1 virtual and 1 onsite
