Property ManagerWhat this job involves:As a Property Manager at JLL,you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an Office building or portfolio in Washington, DC. Youare responsible forall aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will alsobe responsible forpreparing budgets and financial reports, managing Tenant Improvements and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff.What your day-to-day will look like:Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensureoptimalperformanceBuild andmaintainstrong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to enhance satisfaction and retentionCoordinate maintenance activities, capital improvements, and vendor management tomaintainhigh property standards and operational efficiencyPrepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making for property ownersManage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordinationEnsure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements whilemaintainingcomprehensive documentationAll other tasks which may berequiredtocomply withProperty Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operationsOn-site presencerequiredComplete job description available on JLL's internal portalRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related fieldReal estate licenserequiredwithin six (6) months of hire date3+years of commercial property management experience withdemonstratedsuccess in tenant relations3+years ofexperience in budget development, financial analysis,variancereportingand CAM reconciliations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groupsProficiencyinYardi, MRI and ExcelPreferred qualifications:Experience managing Class A office buildings, retailcenters, or mixed-use developmentsBackground in capital project management and construction oversightDemonstrated experience with sustainability initiatives and LEED-certified propertiesThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
