The selected candidate will provide administrative, program management, and operational support to Government leadership by coordinating projects, preparing reports, tracking action items, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day contract operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and program management support to Government leadership. Coordinate meetings, schedules, action items, and deliverables. Prepare correspondence, reports, briefings, and executive summaries. Track contract milestones, metrics, and program documentation. Maintain records, files, and document repositories. Support process improvement initiatives and workflow analysis. Coordinate activities between Government personnel and contractor staff. Perform special projects and administrative assignments as required. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in operations management, program support, project support, or administrative operations. Ability to obtain and maintain a background investigation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. U.S. Citizenship. Desired: Experience supporting NAVSEA or Department of the Navy. Experience with SharePoint and document management systems. Experience supporting Government contracts. Physical and Environmental Conditions Normal Office Environment. Requires Sitting, Standing, Near Acuity, Speaking with colleagues and customers, Listening, Sight, Use of hands/fingers.
