Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans for clients after conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations, ensuring that the plans are tailored to address specific issues.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based interventions that align with the latest psychological research.

• Employ a diverse set of therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address varied client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver cohesive client care and improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, you will have access to unlimited client referrals, allowing you to focus primarily on providing quality client care without the burden of extensive marketing. Administrative tasks such as billing and paperwork are managed by our support team, further enhancing your ability to concentrate on therapy.
