As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will provide services via our telehealth platform, which supports both video and written communication with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to tailor appropriate treatment plans that address each client’s specific mental health needs.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups both via telehealth sessions and in follow-up communications.

• Utilize a wide array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring a personalized approach for each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and resources for clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document sessions and treatment plans effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training programs, and staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population through our telehealth platform, engaging with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, and providing services addressing multiple issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. Your ability to establish strong rapport and provide culturally competent care will be essential in supporting clients on their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least 2 years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
